South Jakarta Government controlled illegal building on Jl. Lebak Bulus Raya RT 01/07, Lebak Bulus Urban Village, Cilandak Sub-district.
Controlling is done since this building doesn't have building permit (IMB) document
"Controlling is done since this building doesn't have building permit (IMB) document," stated Arifin, South Jakarta Vice Mayor after instructing for building controlling at Cilandak Sub-district office's yard, Thursday (9/13).
Before controlling, his side via South Jakarta Land Spatial Planning and Build Work (CKTRP) Sub-dept. had issued warning letter to the owner in order to stop building construction. After that, his side sealed the building and issued building demolition warrant (SPB).
